Ice, ice baby: These latte ‘lollies’ are just what our summer mornings needs

No morning without coffee, amiright?

We need our java to function in the AM, no matter the season.

A steaming hot cup of coffee might be the perfect choice on frosty, dark winter mornings, but how about now, when the sun is out and the weather is warm(ish)?

If you are a fan of iced coffee in the summer, you are going to love these delicious latte lollies food blogger and cookbook writer Deliciously Ella just shared on her Instagram earlier this week.

Requiring just three ingredients, you can whip these up in no-time, pop in the freezer, and voila; you’ll have our very own coffee popsicle ready for when you need a hit.

Latte Lollies

You will need:
– 100ml coffee (filter or instant)
– 150ml plant-based milk
– 50ml maple syrup

Method:
Mix together the coffee, milk and syrup. Pour into ice lolly moulds. Freeze for 4 hours or until solid.
