Doireann Garrihy has been tasked with judging the nationwide competition, choosing her top submissions over the next few weeks and, ultimately, picking an overall winner.
And to help you get started, here's a very quick and tasty Four Cheese Burger recipe that's so simple to make...

Step 1: Season the mince and form into four balls. On a high heat, place two into the frying pan, squashing to flatten. Sprinkle over some salt again and cook for 2 minutes. Then flip the burgers and repeat this step.
Step 2: Cover each burger with a slice of American cheese, a slice of goat cheese, and some Parmesan cheese. Cover with a lid for 1 minute until melted. Move onto a plate and repeat with the remaining burgers and cheese slices.
Step 3: Place your cooked burgers onto toasted burger buns, along with your go-to burger toppings and, of course, some Heinz Tomato Ketchup.
Step 4: Serve and enjoy!
