Two weeks ago we announced that Centra are running an absolutely amazing photo competition throughout October.
The nationwide comp marks the launch of Centra’s new brand position, Live Every Day, which encourages people to live in the moment and make the most of every day.
To enter the #LiveToday Photo Competition which is running until October 21, the public were asked to send in pictures of them making the most of their day to be in with the chance of winning an amazing €1,000 in cash.
So out of curiosity (maybe even jealousy), we decided to have a sneak peak at some of the best entries so far and we were absolutely spoilt for choice. Here are our favourites.

Great Grandad Gerry has just made our day. So if you think you have a photo you would like to enter, the good news is the competition is open until October 21. All you have to is have to do is share a picture of your Live Every Day moment using #LiveToday on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook.
Once all the entries are in, Centra Ambassador Pippa O’Connor and leading Irish photographer Barry McCall will pick the top 12 images which will feature in the 2017 Centra calendar.
An overall winner will be selected by an online poll on centra.ie and awarded the €1,000 in cash. Just imagine all the things you could do with that!
