The one festival our bodies will actually feel better after.

WellFest, Ireland's biggest health, fitness, and wellness festival, is back in May and this year is shaping up to be a good one. The festival has been running for five years and it's only been getting bigger and bigger each year so, naturally, this is the most impressive year yet. (We're so excited!) This year, over 15 stages will be dotted around the grounds, including the KBC Main Stage, KBC WellGood, WellFood in association with SuperValu (delicious food alert!), Spinning in association with McSport, WellPilates in association with Platinum Pilates, WellYoga, WellMind, WellTalk, the WellVillage marketplace, the Healing Zone (we'll be heading straight there), Naked Juice Tent and much more. (They even have a WellKids stage for the little ones.) As you can see, there is LOADS going on. And, as we said, they have some FANTASTIC headliners running the shows. Fearne Cotton, broadcaster, best-selling author and founder of Happy Place, will be there as a presenter and will be joined by fitness and yoga expert Amanda Bisk. Also in the lineup are personal trainer and fitness influencer Bradley Simmonds, bestselling author and entrepreneur Ella Mills (founder of our fav Deliciously Ella), dietitian Dr Megan Rossi (a.k.a. The Gut Health Doctor), best-selling cookery author and healthy food and lifestyle enthusiast Roz Purcell, and LOADS more. Seriously, there are so many great people joining in the fun this year. The festival is being held in the Royal Hospital Kilmainham on May 11 and 12 and last year around 10,000 people attended, so expect there to be an amazing buzz in 2019. Tickets are now on sale for €49 (for a day) or €79 (for the weekend) on the WellFest website. HOWEVER. KBC have a couple of pairs of tickets to give away to some lucky people out there.
