The aim of Centra’s Live Well challenge is to encourage the nation to increase their intake of fruit and veg over the space of 3 weeks –  it takes 21 days to create a habit – why not make it a good one?

A new challenge launches each month focusing on well-being, affordable healthy food, meal plans and recipes.
