Mother’s Day calls for us to do something very special for the hero in our lives.

Well, the Abbey Theatre is playing host to Deirdre Kinahan’s The Unmanageable Sisters. It will have you in stitches laughing and will most definitely make for a superb night out.
Set in 1970’s Ballymun, Ger Lawless has won a million Green Shield stamps. But when 15 friends and family come to help her claim her winnings – it all turns into one big hilarious mess over the course of just one night. With an all-female cast of 15 actresses who play mothers, daughters, nieces and aunties – it’s the perfect way to celebrate the main woman in our own life – that of course being mum.
The show comes to an end in the Abbey Theatre on April 7 – so we have plenty of time to get planning and book those tickets for a truly stunning performance and all-round epic show.
