It's getting close!
We're SO excited for this year's WellFest. We just finished the KBC WellGood challenge in preparation for it and we're feeling fab.
We'll be keeping up with the living well, feeling well routine that we got into for the challenge and we'll be well ready for the festival when it's held in the
Royal Hospital Kilmainham on
May 11 and 12.
Catch all the WellGood ambassadors at the KBC WellGood tent: performance psychologist
Gerry Hussey, best-selling cookery author
Roz Purcell, Dublin GAA player & fitness entrepreneur
Philly McMahon, Yoga, mindfulness & meditation teacher
Lee Tracey, and registered dietitian
Orla Walsh. They'll be sharing all of their wellbeing hints and tips. Considering how great we feel after the WellGood challenge, we can't wait to hear more from them.

There will also be a few exciting special guests attending, so it'll be a wonderful weekend altogether. Expect to see plenty of well-known names and faces on the KBC Main Stage, like
Joe Wicks, AKA
The Body Coach, Australian fitness and yoga expert
Amanda Bisk, trainer to Victoria Secret models
Megan Roup, celebrity trainer to Binky Felstead
Tyrone Brennand, AKA
Be the Fittest,
Bradley Simmonds, yoga sensation
Cat Meffan and many more.
Aside from the KBC WellGood tent and KBC Main Stage, there will be 13 other stages around the ground, dedicated to various wellness areas, like food (of course!), yoga, Pilates, mindfulness, and other topics to help you feel tiptop and get the best out of life.
Tickets for the event are now on sale for €49 (for a day) or €79 (for the weekend) on the
WellFest website. But guess what? We've managed to nab a couple of pairs of tickets to give away to a few lucky people out there (thank you KBC!).
The prize will be a pair of weekend passes for you and a friend, so don't worry about having to show up alone. Give your friends challenges to prove their love for you and bring the winner (or, you know, just bring whoever you'd have the most fun with).
To be in with a chance of winning the tickets, just fill out the form below and submit! Easy peasy.
Good luck and we hope to see you there!
