The Open Gate Brewery offers quite the experience indeed. Located in The Liberties, St James’s Gate has been running an experimental and innovative brewery, dating back over a hundred years. It’s where you’ll find a host of beers that aren’t actually on the market, but made and distributed only within these brewery walls.
You’ll have a team of Guinness Beer Specialists to tell you all about the history and brewing process (perhaps a few secrets too) and they’ll be there to advise you on the perfect pairings when it comes to your beer and dinner. Yes, expect new and exciting flavours plus a delicious meal! (Hurrah!)
