Focusing on the rich family tradition of food in Ireland, the theme of this year's West Waterford Festival of Food is 'Generations of Irish Food.' The festival will shine a spotlight on some of our home grown heroes and the generations of families who continue to produce, cook, sell and run some of Ireland’s greatest and best-loved restaurants and food businesses.
As well as enjoying an overnight stay in Lawlor's Hotel in Dungarvan on Saturday 11th, the lucky winner will also receive two tickets worth €100 to the 'From Persia With Love' pop-up event at the festival hosted by leading Waterford chef, Eunice Power. Guests will be treated to a delightful feast of Persian dishes at the Dungarvan Tennis Club.
