Drum roll, please…
A few weeks ago we teamed up with Lidl to give our fabulous readers the chance to win €1,000 in cold hard cash plus a year’s free shopping at one of their many stores.
After whittling the entries down we finally settled on six finalists to go head to head in the final battle.
The savvy shoppers had to complete a series of shopping tasks over the course of four weeks. The tasks included things like putting your own spin on a Lidl recipe or buying your whole weekly shop for just €40.
Thankfully the guys didn’t disappoint and they pulled off some pretty spectacular meals on more than one occasion. Here are some of our favourite dishes.
