Increasing your water intake can positively effect your body in a number of ways:
1. Digestive System.
Many times we mistake thirst for hunger and during the winter months, when we have a tendency to be more sedentary, many of us gain a few extra pounds. Drinking water can help prevent weight gain by ensuring our bodies properly process the food we eat.
2. Beats Fatigue.
Fatigue can often be caused by dehydration. Without the sufficient amount of water, our body slows down. So ladies, drink up.
3. Detoxifying.
Drinking water is the number one thing to help to detoxify your body. Water is the number one thing that helps to flush impurities and waste through our bodies.
4. Skin.
We all know that water helps keep our skin clear, but unfortunately we don't drink enough of it. When we don’t consume enough water, just like our bodies, our skin becomes dehydrated.
