Ingredients: 2 cups of roasted almonds 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, 1 tablespoon olive oil Instructions: Place the almonds in the bowl of a food processor and process until finely ground. Add the remainder of the ingredients and blend for a few minutes at a time, making sure to scrape the sides of the food processor bowl frequently. Process for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and creamy. Store in a closed sealed container.
