3. Drink Water
Dehydration is something a lot more of us suffer from than we think and if you've had a "mad one" Saturday night, it's even more reason to keep yourself topped up. Not getting enough H2O can make you feel tired all day so ensure you’re getting your fill by sipping some before bed. It will also prevent constipation in the morning.
4. Stretch It Out
If you’ve been at the gym during the day, make sure you stretch out before you go to bed. Waking up with a stiff body is never comfortable. Try a few yoga poses before bed and make sure you stretch out areas like your legs, back and arms.
5. Feel Good
If you crave a snack before bedtime, why not try an avocado? Avocados boost your serotonin levels, so eating them is a great way to beat the blues. Try on crackers for the “yum” factor.
