If you've ever wanted to test your fitness, stamina and mental grit in a gruelling mud-filled race, we've found the perfect challenge for you.
Tough Mudder is a 10 - 12 mile world-class obstacle course that's been taking the world by storm over the past few years. An incredible one million people have already completed the event in dozens of locations all over the globe.
Designed to test physical and mental strength to the limit, it's a race that puts teamwork before finisher rankings. And with stages including Everest, Arctic Enema and Electroshock Therapy, it's not one for the faint-hearted.
Tough Mudder is returning to Ireland this summer with the race taking place in Loughcrew Adventure Centre in Co. Meath on July 11th and 12th.
That means you've got four months to prepare yourself.
