The one thing Holly Willoughby does to keep fit is surprisingly simple

Her trainer has spilled the beans.

We could definitely get on board with this.

Holly Willoughby is an instantly recognisable figure.

The presenter always kills the style game with a mixture of high street and high end fashion and never looks anything less than glamorous on screen.

Holly, who is 36, is known to be big on fitness but was always tight-lipped about her routine.

She told ITV’s Lorraine Kelly that she is “happy and healthy” and admitted that as her kids, nine-year-old Harry James, seven-year-old Belle and three-year-old Chester William, are getting older she now has more time for keeping fit.

Now a trainer who has worked with Holly has revealed the ITV star came to her after the birth of her second child in 2011 and took up pilates.

“I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week,” Lynne Robinson of Body Control Pilates, told The Mirror.

Pilates can complement other forms of exercise to help with toning, she explained.

“Holly had postnatal mat work classes, which concentrated on strengthening and toning her core,” added Lynne.

“The exercises help trim the waist and flatten the stomach.”
