“I lost it today.”
Stacey Solomon has shared a brutally honest postpartum photo detailing how she has struggled since the birth of her son.
The Loose Women host gave birth to her third son earlier than she expected last week. She has since told her followers that she misses the feeling of her baby inside of her, and that she is “devastated” that her stomach is “shrinking by the day.”
Sharing a photo of herself and Joe Swash this evening, Stacey wrote that she is sad that the father of her newborn child doesn’t have a single photo with her pregnant belly.

“I’ve lost it today,” she began.
“I really miss my bump and baby being inside me. I don’t feel I appreciated it enough while I was pregnant and now it’s over.
“Joe and I didn’t have one picture of him with my bump. The thought of not having that memory has been really getting me down so today, Joe and my Dad helped me get a picture of what’s left of my bump to cheer me up. I love them so much. It’s not the same but it still means the world to me.”

Stacey went on to say that she doesn’t appreciate people asking her if she wants her body to “snap back” after the pregnancy.
She said that these questions are “irrelevant” and “pointless.”
“No one knows how they’re going to feel and what we look like after birth is the very least of our worries,” she said.
“The truth is I’m devastated that my belly is shrinking by the day. I wish it could stay around for a little longer. I feel empty and hollow. Not to mention like I’ve been punched in the vagina.”

Stacey gave birth to her third son late last week after eight months of pregnancy.
Boyfriend Joe announced the birth via social media saying that the newborn had arrived “a lot earlier than planned.”
The newborn baby is Joe and Stacey’s first child together. She has two other sons from past relationships and Joe has one.
