Nutella obsessed.
We can't get enough of the chocolatey goodness but after learning how much sugar is actually in a tub, that might have to change.
A video that first emerged in 2013 is doing the rounds on the internet again and it features Canadian physician, Dr. Yoni Freedhoff.
Freehoff has a lot to say about the 'spreadable candy' and points out that two tablespoons of the sweet stuff equals 5.5 teaspoons of sugar - pretty shocking when you actually think about it.

We'd really rather not do the maths on this one BUT if you were to estimate how many tablespoons you would get from a jar of Nutella and how much sugar is in each one - the end figure doesn't bear thinking about.
With that in mind, we might have to think about cutting back on Nutella even though giving it up completely might be a stretch (Saturday pancakes just wouldn't be the same).
