The brains behind the product, Sarah Lee and Christine Chang, say that the lycopene found in watermelon has anti-inflammatory properties which help to soothe the redness associated with acne and speed up the healing process. Aside from the fact that it's good for your skin, very tasty, it's also just the thing to help quench the thirst we have during this sticky, clammy, humid weather (can you tell we're totally sick of it!)
