A recent study by the University of California, published in the International Journal of Impotence Research, revealed that a glass of pomegranate juice a day can be almost as potent as Viagra. Ooer! As part of the study, 52 men with impotence problems drank pomegranate juice daily for one month with almost 50% of the participants seeing their sexual performance improve. So start in preparation of next month’s celebration of all things love get your man drinking a glass of this exotic juice to reap the rewards before Valentine’s Day.
And bonus, the benefits extend beyond the bedroom. Pomegranates are high in antioxidants so are good for all the family. However, they are particularly beneficial for typical male health issues such as heart disease. Recent research has revealed that pomegranate juice slows down cholesterol and the hardening of arteries by almost half. It also reduces the amount of “bad” cholesterol that your body retains.
