Being happy and healthy is all that matters to her.

Let’s face it, when does Holly Willoughby not look fabulous? She’s cultivated a reputation for having an amazing sense of style, she always has glowy skin and a beaming smile.

She’s been a little curvier and in the last few years she’s slimmed down, but both shapes look equally amazing.

Holly has previously appeared on Lorraine where she has insisted that being healthy and happy are all that matters and has also stated that now her children are a little older she has more time to focus on herself and create a healthier lifestyle.

We have just stumbled upon some of Holly Willoughby’s diet and fitness secrets and thankfully nothing sounds very extreme!

According to HELLO! Holly likes to snack on carrots and hummus and she’s a big fan of mango to satisfy her sweet tooth.

As for exercise, Holly began doing pilates after the birth of her second child with fitness guru, Lynne Robinson, who says if you’re looking to change your shape, Pilates is the way to go:

“In ten sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 you’ll see the difference, and in 30 you’ll have a new body!”
