Mix a couple of tablespoons of ACV in with some water and pour it over recently clean hair. The solution will give your hair an intensely deep clean that'll make it feel a whole lot fresher than it did before you dived in.
Although there's been no hard evidence to suggest that ACV can make your hair grow faster, it does remove the build up in hair follicles meaning that your strands are less likely to snap.
It also successfully balances the pH levels in your scalp so, you know, worth trying if you've got a bottle or two lying around.
There are countless ways to use ACV, but if you (like most people, tbh) just want to drink it - but also can't stand the taste - there are a few new products for sale that'll let you get your apple cider vinegar fix... without it actually tasting apple cider vinegar.
SuperValu are now selling a range of ACV drinks called Lost Coast that come in three definitely-nicer-than-vinegar flavours.
Mango, turmeric & ginger, blueberry, elderberry & lemon, and strawberry, hibiscus & rose bottles are all available to buy at the minute, and much like actual ACV, they're all low in calories and low in sugar.
And they're actually tasty enough too, so.Explore more on these topics:
