3. Catching Those Z's...
The Right Thing: Get at least seven hours of sleep a night.
The Next Best Thing: If you’re short on sleep, take a nap. Either lie-down for a 20-minute siesta in the afternoon or take a quick catnap after work in the evenings.
4. Fish Goodness
The Right Thing: Eat it twice a week.
The Next Best Thing: Add flaxseed or fish oil to your diet.
5. Kick-Start Your Day
The Right Thing: Have a healthy, well-rounded breakfast every day. The best morning meal includes at least three food groups.
The Next Best Thing: Grab a healthy on-the-go breakfast. Cereal bars can be a healthy option if you take note of the food label first.
6. Those Pearly-Whites
The Right Thing: Brush after every meal, and floss at least once a day.
The Next Best Thing: Do something to loosen up the bacteria in your mouth. Try a sugar-free chewing gum or use a toothpick after your meal.
7. Toning Up
The Right Thing: Lift weights at least twice a week.
