With chilly season finally here, it’s so easy for us to opt to stay indoors, refuse to face those grey skies and decide it to be a much better idea to stay curled up with a cuppa.

Now, we’re all for the above, but… we want to keep fit, limber and stay feeling energetic throughout these winter months.

MOVEMENT+ and Avonmore Protein Milk know all too well how important good health is and so they’ve teamed up together to host a fantastic yoga workout session and brunch event for all to enjoy!

Pencil it in ladies because this isn’t just any old yoga experience, it’s Yoga with Gigi Tynan AND Hot Yoga with Suzanne McGill! Not to be missed is the delicious brunch provided afterwards by the Gourmet Food parlour. Expect yummy pancakes, granola and omelettes — all created with Avonmore Protein Milk.
