Published in PubMed, the study showed that people who ate two kiwis, approximately one hour before bedtime for four weeks, found that they fell asleep quicker.
Not only that, their "total sleep time and sleep efficiency were significantly increased (13.4 percent and 5.41 percent).
To sum up, kiwis improved sleep quality while also helping those who participated in the study to nod off quicker and that's before we even mention the fact that the fruit is packed with Vitamin C, a must for a healthy immune system.
