We’ve teamed up with instructor Patrick and his team at Krav Maga Ireland to bring you some top safety tips that you can easily adapt into your own routine for protection. Each week, we’ll analyse a new skill and demonstrate the method in protecting yourself from a possible attacker.
This week we look at how to respond to an intruder in your home, and trusting your gut instincts. The video will show you how to tackle with an intruder trapping you in a closed off apartment, or struggling with keeping them out of a home environment.
Again the aim of this technique is to give you the chance to get away from the attacker to give you the chance to go for help, without needing to use a physical strength to compete with the intruder.
