Embarking on a healthier lifestyle is tough at the best of times, but it's a whole lot easier with someone you love by your side.
With that in mind, we’ve paired up with our pals at Weight Watchers to offer two couples a free place on a 12 week Weight Watchers programme.
The emphasis is on eating healthy meals, not starving yourself or pushing yourself beyond physical limitations, and nothing is ‘forbidden’ as long as you stick to your points allocation.
We’re looking for some partners who are up for sharing their story and inspiring others by writing a weekly blog for Her.ie and our brothers over at JOE.ie.
Your diary will give an honest first-hand account of your efforts in the same way two members of team Her.ie have been sharing their efforts for the past few months.
In case you were wondering, it’s been a resounding success for them both! You can read Amy and Trisha’s diaries here.
So if New Year’s has been and gone but you’re still looking for a fresh start and you have an other half who wants the same, we’d love to hear from you.
Her.ie is looking for two couples to take part in the programme, free of charge, and keep an online diary of their progress.
If you’re up to the challenge, get in touch. Email us on [email protected], telling us a little bit about you and your partner, and where in the country you’re located.
The winning couples will be revealed on Valentine’s Day, February 14th.
