One Irish woman has taken to Facebook this week to share an emotional and heartfelt video about her battle with depression that, she explains, resulted in an attempt to take her own life.
“It seems like now is the time for me to eventually upload this video,” Wexford woman Bríd O'Neill explained.
“Why I left it sitting here for so long, I don’t know. I suppose I was just waiting for the right time for me.
“All I hope to do is help at least one person to know that there is help out there, that you may not be as lucky as me. Don’t take the chance.”
