Nutritionist Jenny Champion, MS, RD, CDE spoke to Byrdie and explained that a cup of mango "has almost 23 grams of sugar".
That's frightening enough in its own right but wait until you wear what other information Jenny had to share.
This amount of sugar is almost as the same as a full bar of Dairy Milk Caramel and we don't know how you're feeling right now but WE. ARE. SHOOK.
Another shocking fact uncovered was the fact that bananas are almost 25 percent sugar so you might want to rethink that quick snack on the go.
However, there are some fruits that you can eat without worrying too much about the sugar content, mainly berries and apples.
