It's common knowledge that the calorie count of food can be found on the back of the packet. Sometimes, it is calculated what percentage this is of your daily allowance.
The daily allowance is generally calculated as 2000 calories. This is the daily recommended allowance for women, men's daily allowance in calories is 2,500.
But some of these foods could give you a shock.
Buzzfeed were inspired by a WiseGeek.com post on what 200 calories looks like and so decided to take it a step further and put two THOUSAND calories into photos.
