Here at Her Towers, we're big fans of Revenge. The glamour, the drama, the romance, the endless plotting. We love it all.  If you haven't caught any of it yet, there's plenty to catch up on. The hit US show is now in its fourth season and it's really starting to hit its stride. What's the premise? Emily Thorne (played by Emily VanCamp) heads to the Hamptons for the summer and rents a beach house (you've got to have a beach house) next door to Victoria Grayson (played by Madeleine Stowe) and her family. But wait a minute, Emily is really Amanda Clarke, whose Dad was framed for treason when she was a little girl. Who framed her Dad? You've guessed it: Victoria Grayson. Emily/Amanda is back to get her revenge (gettit?) on Victoria and her family, and she's not going to let anything get in our way. Here are seven reasons we love Revenge. 1. It's set in The Hamptons  If you miss seeing Blair, Chuck and Serena's summer antics, this show will bring you right back to the glory days of Gossip Girl. As the playground of New York's ultra rich, The Hamptons is home some of the most stunning beaches and houses in the States. And Revenge gives us a glimpse inside a lot of them. So much house envy. 2. It's seriously stylish Revenge serves up some major style credentials. With Emily donning pieces by every designer from Jason Wu to Carolina Herrera, she makes getting even look incredibly stylish indeed. The things we would do to get our hands on her wardrobe... 3. It's full of strong female characters Revenge is all about badass female leds, and the toughest of the pack is Emily. She'll stop at nothing on her mission to take down the people who destroyed her father's life. And even though she's totally devious, it's impossible not to want her to win. Emily, you rock. 4. It's not short on eye candy From Jack and Nolan to Daniel and Declan, there are plenty of hotties to drool over. Happy days. Looking good, guys... 5. Its female villain is fantastic Victoria Grayson is a force to be reckoned with. We kind of want to be her when we grow up. Her one-liners are epic, her style is out of this world, and her death stare needs to be seen to be believed. Victoria, we bow down. 6. It's packed full of amazing parties In The Hamptons, there's always a reason to party, and we respect that. There's always drama at the parties, and we enjoy watching that. These are the types of social gatherings we can only ever dream of going to, and you can live it all through Emily.  7. It's got a great BFF duo Nolan Ross is Emily's BFF. He's a genius billionaire software inventor who comes to her aid as she plots her revenge against the Grayson family. We all need a Nolan in our lives.
