As the saying goes, all’s fair in love and war. But what happens when you combine the two?
At the best of times, relationships can be tricky.
It takes a lot of time, generosity, patience and co-operation to keep together a functioning partnership with the one you love.
Fights and arguments come and go, but there are a few sensitive subjects we know not to broach with our other halves, whether it be money, work or exercise.
One couple who have had a serious tiff over something minute is two Americans, Deja Davis and Dee Breezy.
The pair were dining out, picking up some pizza on a casual date when Dee rather ill-fatedly decided to tear into his girlfriend’s meal. Little did he know that his small decision was going to have a serious impact on his better half.
In a word, Deja lost her head and proceeded to give an enraged, eloquent rant about how and why it’s neither fair nor appropriate to take someone’s food without permission, and didn’t stop even when Dee took out his phone and filmed the entire speech.
I ate ONE piece of @SuperiorAsian‘s pizza and she had a heart attack… ?? pic.twitter.com/0Dbwo9HOe6

Not stopping at chewing his head off in the restaurant, Deja later sent him a lengthy text, explaining her hurt feelings at her boyfriend stealing her pizza.

While some have jumped to the conclusion that Deja acted a little crazy over the stolen pizza, I can’t help but feel her pain.
Many others took to the side of Deja, using the hashtag #IStandWithDeja to support the heartbroken girl over her lost pizza.
I always offer people food and sometimes I offer to pay so if you say no, no means no idc? #IStandWithDeja

Boys and girls, take a lesson from this: hands off other people’s pizza!
Deja, we stand with you!
