Quita Culpepper, a reporter for Austin’s KVUE was checking out a local festival in downtown Austin, Texas when this freakishly happy drunk person decided to stumble over and grin at the camera in a very creepy kind of way.

Professional news reporters take note, this is how you handle a drunk person who decides to ruin your shot. Rather than getting freaked out or mad at the smiling girl, good old Quita simply smiles and says: “Oh yeah, and of course lots of people drinking down here. Can you tell?”
