A sex researcher says this is the only sex tip you’ll ever need

Megan Roantree

It’s really very simple.

When it comes to sex, there are countless articles, books and experts with all sorts of advice on how to make it even better.

One sex expert (sexpert?) has suggested that you really only need one tip when it comes to achieving good sex.

Nicole Prause, principal investigator at the Sexual Psychophysiology and Affective Neuroscience Lab at the University of California, Los Angeles say that it is really very simple.

All you have to do is, listen to your partner.

”The expertise isn’t embedded in the information. It’s embedded in the individual.” Nicole told New York Magazine.

This basically means that no matter what magazines or studies you read, it won’t mean anything unless you have good communication with your partner.

Listening to each other about sex ensures consent, helps the couple to understand likes and dislikes and ensures both people are comfortable.

New York Magazine reports that being familiar and comfortable with a sexual partner can improve your sex life.

A 2012 study of 6,000 university women found that the number of sexual experiences they had, positively impacted on their chances of orgasm.

So, like all relationships, a sexual one come down to communication.
