Iris is caught completely off guard by the messages at first as her grandson made the recording to sound like a breaking news story on the radio.
The lady's reaction to the outpouring of love is priceless. At first she is a little confused, then begins laughing, and then she begins to cry.

Once she was in the car and thinking she was listening to the radio she suddenly got the biggest shock of her life.”It’s a great reminder for all of us to look after and engage with older generations. So often, people of a certain age are ignored, their ideas considered worthless, and sadly they are left to fend for themselves, often alone.
This video is proof, as if it were needed, that older people are the best, and if it doesn’t make you want to pick up the phone, or call around to your grandparents to squeeze them mercilessly, then we don't know what will.
