Tired of the same weekend routine? You’ve probably watched every movie in the cinema and maybe you don’t fancy an afternoon in the pub? We dare you to try an adventure activity with the girls. Don’t worry, we’ve already sussed out what’s worth whiling away your weekend hours (you’re welcome)… Rock Climbing Between climbing walls and sloping coasts, we’ve pretty much got our pick of mounting landscapes! Grab the gang for an afternoon of scaling heights and imitating Bear Grylls. Brownie points for anyone who does a good impression. The Sky is the Limit Take off from the mundane plans of a lazy Sunday and book in to fly a mini plane! Who says you can’t be a co-pilot? With a viewing deck, your friends can watch you take on your role as the next Amelia Earhart… hopefully without the tragic ending. Awkward. Zorbing If you’re looking to be bowled over with an adrenaline rush, be prepared to enter the orb of zorbing. Be strapped in by pairs, or for the braver friends alone, and hurtle down a hill in a giant plastic ball. Throw in some water for the hydro zorbing and you’ll feel like you’re a kid going through the car-wash again. What’s not to love? Kayaking Picture yourself as something of a water baby? Grab the girls for a weekend of kayaking. Sure there’ll be splashes, and there’s a strong chance you’ll capsize, but nobody looks as fierce on the water as a group of girls with paddles. We wouldn’t mess with you anyway. Lil girl racers No, we’re not talking about the handiwork on your second hand car, but for the girls who love a thrill behind the wheel, take to the track with a day of rally driving. Sure you’ll probably crash into every bollard along the way, but on the plus side, there’s no penalty points for speeding. Living life in the fast lane sure beats an afternoon of soap re-runs!
