Aldi is selling an affordable instant Polaroid camera and we want it

Admit it; ever since you were small, you’ve wanted a Polaroid camera.

It was an absolute must-have in the nineties and made an appearance at everything from school plays to those birthday parties we all had at MacDonalds where two kids would go into the freezer to collect the cake.

Just like everything else from that decade, the cameras have come back into style and we want one all over again for festivals, weddings and holidays.

They often don’t come cheap, though, so we’re buzzing that Aldi will be selling them later this month.

Priced at €89.99, the Polaroid Snap Instant Camera comes with 20 prints and is being released as part of Aldi’s new wedding collection.

The supermarket is getting on the wedding bandwagon with a range that’ll save you a small fortune compared to what you’d be spending on the same stuff online.

Among the other lovely bits you can pick up is the ‘it’ wedding decor item of the moment, a light box, for €12.99.

You can also pick up fairy lights (€6.99), lanterns, pom-poms, foil and confetti balloons and bunting (all €4.99 each) to help you create a cute DIY-feel in your venue.

The collection lands in stores on Thursday 17 May and we’ve a feeling the camera and the rest of the stuff will fly out the the door.
