“All She Needed Was A Second Chance” Heart-Breaking Video Of Adorable Rescue Puppy Goes Viral

The above video captures the moment when a rescue puppy who was absolutely terrified of people finally learns how to trust a human again.

Janie the puppy was brought to an animal shelter in Los Angeles after she was hit by a car. She suffered a broken back and was in so much pain that she was terrified of people touching her.

Every year, hundreds of puppies like Janie are put to sleep because shelters cannot afford to feed them or care for them. Luckily this little dog was given a second chance by an animal rescue foundation.

The Bill Foundation stepped in and paid for Janie’s spinal surgery and started trying to teach the puppy how to trust humans again.

The video shows Janie’s sessions with Eldad Hagar, an animal carer who is trying to help her get over her fear. It is heart-breaking but seriously uplifting at the same time.

We definitely think that the world needs more compassionate people who are willing to give animals who have had a tough life a second chance.
