Amanda Knox will give her first TV interview since she was cleared of her flatmate Meredith Kercher’s murder.
The interview will coincide with the release of her book, for which she was paid an estimated €3 million to write.
Student Meredith, 21, from London, was knifed in an apparent sex assault in Perugia, Italy, in 2007.
Knox was jailed together with her boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito and a drug dealer. But the couple were cleared on appeal and she went home to the US.
US news giant ABC saw off competition from TV rivals over Knox, 25, and will show her interview with Diane Sawyer on April 30th.
