Romantic Micheál knew it would be tough to surprise his girlfriend Aoife with a proposal during their trip to New York last year. Organised Aoife had planned their trip exceptionally well and so for a proposal to remain a surprise it would have to be spur of the moment.
Micheál had the genius idea to contact a magician prior to their trip and enlist his help.
The magician nonchalantly stops the tourist pair and conducts a clever and cute magic trick in which the couple’s cards become stuck together.
Then, he asks Aoife if she has a wish for her trip and magically a card appears with a special message.

The proposal happened this day a year ago and the couple are preparing to walk down the aisle in two week’s time.
