The rebel county could be in for a win at tonight's Voice Of Ireland grand finale as three of the four contestants hail from the Lee banks.
Contestant Shannon Murphy has told fellow Cork girl Kelly McDonagh, "You had better not go into labour before tonight!"
Pregnant Kelly Mongan is a week overdue on her first baby, but will sing on stage tonight.
Shannon told the Irish Sun: “I’ve told Kelly the baby better stay in until Sunday is over, we want the four of us onstage!”
The 18-year-old, who will sing Hey Ho by The Lumineers as her final song, said: “Even though I would have a one in three chance of winning if she wasn’t here, I still want her to be up there, we are all like family.”
Nine-month pregnant Kelly was resting yesterday ahead of tonight’s two-hour show, which will feature a live performance from The Saturdays. She is the bookies' favourite but said she hopes people won't think she's safe.
Kelly, who is a member of the travelling community, said whatever happens tonight, she now knows it is singing that she wants to do for the rest of her life. Tonight she will sing Elton John’s Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word.

Kelly's baby is a week overdue.
Corkman Keith Hanly, 19, and Donegal man Shane McLoughlin, 28 round up the final four.
Team Jamelia’s Keith will blast out Beggin’ by Madcon as his final song, while Team Kian’s Shane has chosen Fake by The Frames.
Mentor Bressie won the first series of the show with Pat Byrne and said there is a responsibility for the judge to look after their act after the show.
He said: “You don’t just let them off into the industry and say ‘good luck now’. The winner will need guidance and as a coach, that’s the least you can do really."
Judges Bressie, Sharon Corr, Kian and Jamelia will hit the after party at 37 Dawson Street tonight.
Sharon is the only judge who has not said she is eager to return next year, she feels touring commitments abroad could interfere with the show's schedule.
