Sex is different for every couple but according to new research, there’s a prime time for getting up close and personal.
Research conducted by IllicitEncounters.com found that half ten on a Saturday night (10:24pm to be precise) is the ‘most popular’ time for sex.
For many couple, the steamy session was post a romantic dinner or couch time in front of the TV.
The survey, spotted on The Sun, also found that Saturday was the most popular day of the week for hanky-panky, with 42 percent citing it as their favourite day to have sex.
Sunday came second with 26 percent and Friday third with 22 percent.
After that, there was little difference in the remaining days with Wednesday 4th, Thursday 5th, Tuesday 6th and Monday lagging well behind in last place.
The research also found that 45 percent of couples schedule sexy time because of busy day-to-day lives and six out of ten book a hotel getaway specifically dedicated to bedroom shenanigans.
