Tickets are now on sale for the Irish premiere season of The Lion King which is destined for the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre next April.
The award-winning musical has been well-received by both critics and audiences all over the world.
The Lion King is coming to the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre next year.
It will be the largest musical production to come to the country and has already been seen by over 65 million people across the globe.
The Lion King stage show will have your favourite songs and characters from the hit Disney film about a lion cub who has to come to terms with his role within the pride.
The Lion King Disney film won a number of awards and wowed audiences.
Speaking about the show coming to Ireland Fiona Thomas, the Vice President of the Disney Theatrical Group EMEA said: “We continue to be thrilled by how audiences enjoy The Lion King around the world, and we are delighted to share Julie Taymor’s epic vision with Ireland.”
She added: “Dublin’s Bord Gáis Energy Theatre is a stunning venue, and we cannot wait to stage The Lion King there in the spring.”
