Azealia Banks has claimed that Russell Crowe physically assaulted her, used derogatory language and spat on her. The accusations stem from a party they were both at which Russell ws forced to remove her from.
Russell was throwing a party on Saturday night in the Beverly Hills Hotel when the supposed incident occured. According to The Daily Mail, Azealia was at the party and later updated her Facebook to say, “To recap my night, I went to a party at Russell crowe’s (sic) suite, at which he called me a n****r, choked me, threw me out and spat at me. The men in the room allowed it to happen. I feel terrible today.”
These accusations have been refuted by a number of witnesses who have all said that it was Azealia who got aggressive and used derogatory language, not Russell.
People have said that she made serious threats to Russell and another woman about injuring them with a glass and it escalated to a point where Russell had to physically remove her from the suite after she began to gesture with a glass.
She reportedly said, “You would love it if I broke my glass, stabbed you guys in the throat, and blood would squirt everywhere like some real Tarantino s***,” before grabbing a glass.
Russell has yet to comment on the matter and Azaelia has since deleted the post on Facebook.
