Jacqueline Wilson holds a special place in our hearts.

The 70-year-old British author has written 100+ children’s books and some characters of her stories were made into huge TV shows such as Tracy Beaker.

Irish fans on Twitter were overjoyed to meet and hear of Jacqueline Wilson visiting our Emerald Isle:

Before she made an appearance at the RDS, she was on The Ryan Tubridy show yesterday morning where she gave a delightful interview, giving tips on writing and divulging how her career started.
