Are you up for the challenge?

ARC Cancer Support Centre have launched their mini marathon appeal to women across Ireland, asking them to join team ARC Cancer Support and help raise much needed funds for their vital services.

ARC Cancer Support Centre provide a drop-in service and professional support to men and women affected by cancer and to those who care for them. All services are provided free of charge at their centres in Eccles Street, Dublin 7 and South Circular Road, Dublin 8. Speaking about their concerns with a stranger can allow someone, who wouldn’t offload on friends or family, to talk freely about their fears. Talking to someone in this way can reduce some of the stress and worry that surrounds a cancer diagnosis – helping someone focus on getting better or supporting their loved one.

No excuses please – all fitness levels can participate. ARC have two fantastic FREE training programmes for the WMM led by Shane Califf, Skerries (Lifestyle 360 – Fitness, Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching) and Neil Kelders, Sandymount/Blackrock (Corefit.ie).

Ladies you can run, walk, jump, hop the course as long as you just join in.

ARC Cancer Support Centre is appealing to all female runners to come together with their friends, families and colleagues and take part in the Flora Dublin Women’s Mini Marathon in Dublin city centre on June 2nd at 2pm.

Join the ARC Cancer Support Centre team today to show your support for local cancer services in your community.

To support ARC you can contact fundraising on (01)8307333 or email: [email protected] for your fundraising pack.
