"I drank a lot of alcohol and never went to the gym or exercised in general".Although she credits cutting down on alcohol with helping her to lose weight, the other changes she has made are just as important. The blogger, who has a following of 575,000, says that she has found a balance where she eats healthily and exercises three to six times a week. She also said that the physical change helped her mentally and emotionally because she doesn't pick herself apart anymore". Instead, she "lifts herself and others around her up".
