A Swedish fitness blogger has shared how she changed her lifestyle dramatically which led to a change in appearance.

The blogger who goes by the name of ‘Jelly Devote’ explained how she used to go out drinking with her friends three times a week before cutting down on alcohol completely.

She goes into considerable detail about her former lifestyle on her website and on her Instagram account, discussing how she also made adjustments to her diet.

One caption reads:

“I’ve now been “balanced” since the crazy party nights in Bali and I’m feeling SO good again! Party life ain’t for me!”.

People always ask how much I’ve lost, and I honestly don’t know what my highest weight was (not the picture) due to hating myself so much I didn’t weigh myself (probably around 75kg) and I don’t weigh myself anymore (lightest I’ve been 45kg, NOT HEALTHY MIND) ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ . Weight doesn’t matter, you matter. How you feel about yourself. Don’t focus on a number that can fluctuate 5kg in two days ??‍♀️??‍♀️ . On her website, Jelly explains:

“I drank a lot of alcohol and never went to the gym or exercised in general”.

Although she credits cutting down on alcohol with helping her to lose weight, the other changes she has made are just as important.

The blogger, who has a following of 575,000, says that she has found a balance where she eats healthily and exercises three to six times a week.

She also said that the physical change helped her mentally and emotionally because she doesn’t pick herself apart anymore”.

Instead, she “lifts herself and others around her up”.

I wish I could speak to myself when I was 19, and tell myself, one day you will love yourself and accept yourself for the one you are ❤️ and it will feel AWESOME! .
