Boyfriend Of The Year: His Girlfriend Was Upset, So He Did Something Epic To Cheer Her Up

Could someone contact the people who organise the boyfriend of the year awards, because we want to nominate this guy, stat!

We couldn’t help but get a tad bit emotional when we watched this YouTube clip of a boyfriend doing something incredibly sweet for his dog-obsessed girlfriend.

At the start of the video the boyfriend (known as ‘30poundman’ on YouTube) explains that his other half was really upset because she had to get her beloved dog put down earlier that day due to a long-term illness. He explains that she’s been crying a lot and all he wants to do is cheer her up, so he bought her a new little pug puppy (who is uber-cute by the way).

The video captures his girlfriend’s reaction as she comes home and finds the little pug waiting for her in the kitchen.

It’s cute, it’s emotional and it just shows how far we’ll go to make someone we care about happy. D’aww!
