Now, given that this viral video was found on comedy website The Poke, we’re not entirely sure if it’s actually real, but if it is, it is pretty damn funny.

According to the website, the Brighton’s local council annoyed the poor man who was entrusted with the job of installing their Christmas lights. So he decided to get his own back in a hilarious manner.

While we’re still a bit sceptical about the level of truth contained in this story, this is still one of the best festive videos we’ve seen in recent weeks, and it seems as though the internet agrees with us because the story is already going viral.
