Britpop favourites Blur have announced their first Irish gig in four years. The band will play a show at The Irish Museum of Modern Art, Kilmainham, Dublin on Thursday 1st August.
The 2012 ‘Outstanding Contribution to Music’ Brit Award winners are the latest addition to a packed calendar for Irish gig-goers this summer.
Fans can expect to hear favourites like ‘Girls & Boys’, ‘Parklife’, ‘Beetlebum’ and ‘Song 2’ at the IMMA. The venue will also host the Forbidden Fruit festival this summer, for which headliners are due to be announced tomorrow.
Tickets for the Dublin show go on sale on Thursday 7th March 2013 through Ticketmaster, priced at €62.50 each (including fees) and are available from 9:00 AM.
