Participants will learn how to layer, crumb coat and cover a tall, real cake in Ice Wise Sugar Paste. They'll also learn basic modelling, how to pipe with buttercream, how to make swirls and flowers, and basic painting.

You need to be serious about your baking to book (it's €120), but the fee includes all the materials you'll need to make your cake and achieve the perfect design as well as a lovely lunch.
Plus, once you've got the basic skills down, there's nothing to stop you knocking out a brand new unicorn cake at home every weekend.
